Registered Nurse


  • 3-4 days per week Monday – Sunday, with opportunity to pick up extra hours
  • Positions available in all Greater Melbourne suburbs

The Role:

We are currently searching for a Registered Nurses to join our community 'Hospital in the Home' team within the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in the acute hospital setting and be confident with working autonomously.


  • Travel will be required for the role and there will be a wide travel radius.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative medical and nursing professionals who see health care differently.
  • Working alongside the major Public & Private Hospitals to support their patients with early discharge support.
  • Delivering hospital substitution programs, post-acute care, and ambulatory infusion services.
  • To join our team, you will need consolidated nursing and problem-solving skills, as well as be an excellent communicator and patient advocate.


To be part of this exciting program you must be:


  • Registered Nurse with consolidated skill set including chronic & post-operative wound care, IV infusion, venepuncture, urinary catheterisation, respiratory assessment, split skin graft & donor site management and comprehensive care planning experience
  • Outstanding IV cannulation skills, PICC & PORT management
  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise
  • Current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Current Drivers' Licence and your own reliable car fully insured, as well as your own computer/tablet, printer & phone
  • Working remotely/independently within a geographical region under the supervision of our Senior Clinical Lead
